Depo-Medrone contains corticosteroid, methylprednisolone acetate. May be injected directly into joints and soft tissues in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, bursitis and other inflammatory conditions. It has greater anti-inflammatory potency than prednisolone.

Depo-Medrone may be used by any of the following routes: intramuscular, intra-articular, periarticular, intrabursal, intralesional or into the tendon sheath.
